I was reading on a camano blog about crime in camano and how at your store there were flyers on the door showing the criminals . we are interested in moving to Camno island washington and especially seeing that it is a drive on island. But we are concerned with two issues. One is crime. We were told that because of a prison in Monroe that there is a large population of sex offenders who are in Stanwood, outside of Camano and so we were worried with crime, along with break ins and saftey all around. I was reading from a search about a situation at camano last feb. it was feb of 07 but it sounded like there was a real problem. And then also with a tsunamie
People have teased me about being worried about that but the puget sound has earth quakes and I would think there could be a real concern with that. JUST wondering and wanting a LOCALS perspective on these issues. THANKS I hope to hear from you if you could help me out on any of these concerns.
